- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

- These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

- The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.


PACKAGE PROTECTION
ICHPIG® is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate event that your order does not arrive, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.

Please be aware, in the unlikely event your order does not arrive and if Route+ Package Protection is not selected at checkout, ICHPIG® and our shipping partners are not responsible.

*Claims for packages marked as "delivered" must be filed after 2 days and before 10 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last status update.


CHRISTMAS SHIPPING 
Our team kicks into overdrive to get all your Christmas orders out the door. During this period we recommend using Australia Post Express Service at checkout to ensure you receive your order in time. We also suggest having your orders placed by the below dates to allow enough time for your order to arrive.

Regular Post - Saturday 13/12/21
Express Post - Saturday 20/12/21

For international Orders we recommend sending International Christmas gifts as early as possible this year. Due to the increased volume of International orders and the reduced air travel capacity caused by Covid- 19, Some shipping deadlines for international orders are as early as mid-November, depending on the destination and the surrounding metro areas.


TRACK YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is shipped, we'll email you letting you know it's been dispatched and provide you with a unique tracking number. You can track your parcel at the Australia Post website by entering your tracking number here.

If you’re not home when Australia Post attempts delivery they will leave a card for you to either nominate another delivery time, or direct you to your local Post Office where you can pick up your parcel.


HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order.

If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please double check that you have supplied the correct contact information and checked your 'Junk' mail folder before contacting us.
